Practical Information

It is in fact preferable to book in advance because the number of places is limited on board. I advise you to do this as early as possible for the summer season because outings are quickly booked.

Postponements are possible subject to availability on board the ship. For any modifications, please contact me on 07 67 37 92 49.

In the event of cancellation on your part 48 hours before departure, the entire amount incurred will be refunded. However, if this is done less than 48 hours before departure, the company reserves the right not to reimburse.

In the event of cancellation by the company (weather conditions or other) the refund will be made in full.

This is to be able to inform you, if necessary, of schedule changes or cancellations of departures decided in the event of force majeure (degraded weather conditions for example).

Seasickness is rare when sailing on the Rance because the body of water is calm on the maritime part and very calm on the river part. A few small precautions: have a full stomach ‘, look at the sea and stay active while talking, taking photos, etc. If you are afraid, do not hesitate to go to the pharmacy to take medicine for seasickness.

There is parking near the boarding point.

Please note: During the summer, allow plenty of time in case the parking lot is full.

Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure time. Out of respect for the other passengers on board, the boat leaves at the exact time. No refunds are made for people who are not present at the time.

For everyone’s comfort, strollers are prohibited on board due to their bulk. As a reminder, children under 2 years old cannot board for safety reasons.

Don’t forget your sunscreen, sunglasses, cap and bottle of ‘water. 

Despite the fact that the boat is covered, I advise you to take warm clothes with you. 

Practical side: A pair of binoculars and a camera are strongly recommended. No need to bring your life jacket. This is provided.

For the peace and respect of all, we ask you to limit your telephone communications and for smokers to consume their cigarettes before departure or during stopovers, smoking is prohibited on board.

If I decide to cancel the excursions in the event of unfavorable weather, the refund will be made in full or a postponement to another slot will be made.

I check the weather reports several times a day. A message is sent if conditions do not allow us to go out.
